Steel Rose Property Solutions is a local real estate investment company that helps sellers maximize the equity they are looking to cash out of their property when they go to sell. We use creative financing vehicles to offer sellers the most for their home and more importantly allow them to keep their equity instead of having it eaten into by commisssions and fees. The most fulfilling part of what we do is then place deserving buyers in the homes we purchase that otherwise can’t qualify for traditional financing at the moment, but are otherwise ready to be a homeowner!
We believe that strong local economies are the key to this great nation, but also for the families in the community. Justin Pichora is the founder of Steel Rose Property Solutions. Justin was born and raised in Pittsburgh and calls the North Hills home, where he and his wife Kristin are raising their daughter Penelope to be an independent and adventurous young lady. Justin also attended St. Vincent College, where he played baseball on scholarship for the Bearcats in the American Mideast Conference in NAIA sanctioned athletics.
Following college Justin went into sales with several organizations in the industrial and medical industries. Real Estate was always an interest of Justin’s, but it wasn’t until he linked up with National Property Team that his dream of owning his own business became reality.
